My younger son Tanmay is all praises for his teacher since the first day of his 1st grade. He came home and told me how fun it is to be in her class and how she has given each one of them a squishy ball to keep on their desk to play with while they are waiting for everyone else to get their work done.Isn’t that neat ? I am sure he is going to have an exciting school this year. Respect for all the teachers pouring their heart and time towards the betterment of each kid. Peek a Boo – A Dynamic Paper Craft


Do you remember when your kids played peek a boo while they were a baby and how joyful it was to watch them. In this adorable craft, me and my boys tried to create the same delightful moment. Here, a baby is playing peek a boo with his blanket. When you push the toy upward the baby would hide himself behind the blanket and when you would pull the toy downward, the baby would peek out of his blanket. Aadu Huli ( Tigers and Goat ) – A Math Game from India

Aadu Huli also popularly known as Tigers and Goat game is an ancient game played mostly in the southern parts of India. In this asymmetric game, one player controls 3 tigers and the other player controls a herd of 15 goats. The tigers “hunt” for the goats while the goats attempt to block the tiger’s movement. This two-player strategy game teaches a very powerful lesson that there is “Strength in Unity ” that even though weak, if united, one can conquer the stronger enemy as a team.
